Curt Shaffer's Bio
Mr. Shaffer’s primary responsibilities are to oversee Finance, Operations and Business Development for Stockton’s family of inter-related businesses. He also is responsible for the acquisition and subsequent integration of new business units for the company.
In 1987, Mr. Shaffer earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance from Ohio State University. Mr. Shaffer comes to Stockton with 30 years of combined financial and operations senior management level experience. Prior to working with Stockton, Mr. Shaffer specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions and also directed several Corporate Turnarounds in the Service, Manufacturing and Marketing industries. Mr. Shaffer is also proud of his research work with the US Navy on their Nuclear Powered Vessels programs.

Richard Bennett 's Bio
Richard brings 21 years of experience in commercial repairs, improvements, renovations and build-outs. In his 6 years at Stockton he has developed and presided over a team of talented tradesmen, with a broad diversity of skills, which has successfully completed more than 20,000 service requests. He has seen projects through completion in 47 different Counties throughout Florida.
His experience ranges from retail stores, restaurants and medical/dental offices to financial institutions and commercial office spaces, with a special emphasis on occupied spaces. He is proud to have served clients which include FPL, FedEx, Wells Fargo, Enterprise, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, TJX Corporation, Walgreens, and Amazon, to name just a few.
Stephen Szymanik's Bio
Stephen brings Tier 2 Renovation and Alteration experience ranging from $1M to $5M projects and several ground up builds for over 25 years. He’s overseen the successful completion of renovation projects such as Borders Books, Talbots, Gap, Nine West, Kenneth Cole, Levi’s, Bright Horizon Daycare, Jones New York, Godiva, Gertrude Hawk, and LUSH as a site superintendent and project manager.
He has completed many renovations and build-outs in the hospitality sector such as Popeye’s, Suzana Foo’s, IHOP, Dig Inn NYC, Danlu Philadelphia, Yang Ming and Smashburger. In addition to having served as Director of Facilities for Horizon House Social Services in Philadelphia for nearly 10 years. Stephen also has vast institutional and financial renovation experience with his recent time in the Princeton New Jersey area, successfully completing Tier 2 projects for Bank of Princeton, City National Bank, NOAA, Princeton University, The College of New Jersey, and Institute of Advanced Studies.
