Nick is a third generation Texas contractor. Having grown up in the industry, he has experienced all facets of the business from electrical and instrumentation to estimating, project management, and delivery. Nick started his career in the field and has gained knowledge and experience that's beneficial to owners/engineers and subcontractors alike. His dedication to the craft and customer service and his sheer enjoyment of plant process have led to a successful career in the industry.

Tyler was introduced to heavy civil construction at a young age via a family-owned business. In 2008, Tyler started as a laborer, gaining valuable knowledge and experience that he now utilizes for estimating and scheduling various construction tasks and projects. As he began to enjoy the construction world more, he decided to pursue his degree in Civil Engineering. During his studies, he looked to gain knowledge of estimating, project management, and contract delivery through internships and other working opportunities.

Through all of these avenues, Tyler has gained the knowledge to provide clients with the customer service that they deserve. His dedication to learning will ensure a long and successful career in this industry.

Allie graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern University in 2015 and joined Construct-Ability's team in the spring of 2017. Their construction experience comes from hands-on work as a contractor, volunteer, and stagehand. Still relatively new to the industry, Allie looks forward to increasing their knowledge and applying it toward a successful career.

Dustin entered the industry at an early age as a laborer with a family-owned company. He dealt with concrete and welding, and having ample hands-on experience has helped Dustin begin his career.

Dustin attended Wyoming-Technical College before starting with the Construct-Ability team. During his time in school, he focused on achieving his academic goals and continued with hands-on work in the general construction field. Dustin hopes to further his education with Construct-Ability and build his future in all disciplines of construction.
