The Owners - Randy Baker and Steve Mikolajczak!  Both have extensive backgrounds in Commercial Construction project development.                                                                       

Randy Baker has over 19 years of full-time experience in the construction industry!                                                                                                                                     

Steve Mikolajczak - has over 10 years of full-time experience in the construction industry as well! 

Our team has Extensive Civil, Industrial, Medical, and Multifamily construction and development experience. 

With a proven background in leadership ability and attention to detail the owners we partner with a high level of confidence in our abilities!
