SCC Construction Services specializes in construction cost estimating, we provide our clients with detailed quantity take-offs and pricing from a construction project’s conceptual stage through to project close-out.

SCC maintains databases of historical and current local, national & international construction cost and will verify proposed construction cost with the market at various stages though-out the process.

Change-Order Analysis

SCC Construction Services analyzes requested and proposed change orders for owners, contractors and subcontractors. Whether a client needs a proposed change order priced or validated, we can assist our clients throughout the project’s duration.

Take-Off Services

SCC Construction Services provides our estimating services to contractors, sub-contractors and supplier. We will provide a complete list of materials with quantities along with our measured colored up take-off. We are focused on accuracy to give you confidence when bidding a project.

Plan Review

SCC Construction Services provides Quality Control review of construction drawings & specifications and provides you with a red-lined set of document, along with a report of our findings.

Bidding

SCC Construction Services provides our services as an extension of your staff to handle the entire bidding process. Our service includes the following:

• Sub-contractor negotiations and award based upon owner’s approval
• Contract administration

Owner’s Representative

SCC has the technical expertise in the construction industry to manage the relationship between the Owner, Architect and the General Contractor and Sub-contractors, while Overseeing the schedule and keeping track of the overall project budget.
