Scope Of Work
T.Y. Lin International was retained by BonaDent Dental Laboratories to design the renovation of a vacated Walmart building for use as the world headquarters for its dental laboratory, training facility, and support offices.
The existing 70,000 sq. ft. building was completely redesigned to take on a modern, high-end look and feel. TYLI completed all architectural, MEP, site engineering, and landscape architecture services for this project.
TYLI partnered with Donna Kelly of DKM Interiors to provide interior design services.
