Scope Of Work
V. J. Environmental & Construction, LLC performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in general accordance with the scope of work limitations set forth by NDDS’s proposal for the PetSmart located at 2150 Paxton Drive, Lilburn, Georgia 30047. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is designed to provide client with an assessment concerning environmental conditions (limited to those issues identified in the report), as they exist at the Subject Property. The assessment was conducted utilizing generally accepted ESA industry standards in general accordance with ASTM Standard E1527-13, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I ESA Process.
