V. J. Environmental & Construction, LLC is a Georgia based environmental consulting firm with a proven record that provides thorough environmental analysis, assessment, testing, and mitigation services. Established in 2006, we provide Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Environmental Impact Studies, Sustainability Plans, and asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and radon testing in support of commercial real estate transactions. Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are completed by experienced staff with a minimum of 10-years experience. In addition, we provide the following construction services: janitorial services and post construction cleanup services to various clients.

Our projects are cost effective because we are a small-size employee owned company and we do not have the large overhead and expenses of a large company. We have the available staff and experience to complete multi-site portfolios with very short due dates. We take pride in the fact that we can provide quality environmental consulting services for less cost than our competition. We are a licensed and insured contractor.
