Scope Of Work
Car hop expansion in an existing Restaurant. Removed the front of the building and expanded the footprint to accommodate a new drive thru. Ran all new electrical for the new drive thru as well as communications. Severe rot was found on exterior of the building which was addressed during the construction process. Changed the entire look of the building with new stone wainscoting around the building. Project was completed on a 9-week schedule. Approximately 900SF
