Gabriel Place's Bio
Gabriel Place has been in the construction industry from a very young age and is a third-generation builder. He began his career working in his family’s business as a laborer and quickly advanced to carpenter and foreman positions, where he traveled throughout the United States, constructing everything from homes to restaurants.
At PSI, Gabriel has played an integral role in growing the business from an $8 million company in 2011 to over a $100 million company in 2020 with 14 different trade divisions. Over the past nine years, he has cultivated and maintained great partnerships with PSI’s customers and workforce, enabling the company to complete projects all over the country. As Vice-President, his primary responsibility and passion are to maintain PSI’s legacy divisions and establish and mentor new divisions by helping build, train, and assemble teams that can be successful and profitable in the marketplace to ensure PSI’s continued growth. In addition to cultivating long term relationships with existing customers, one of his top areas of focus is establishing new customers and opportunities for all of the divisions at PSI.
Robert E. Mele's Bio
As the Chief Operating Officer, Robert is a results-driven senior executive with measurable success in supply chain integration, global operations, business process re-engineering, and customer experience programs. He has a laser-focused approach to continuous improvement efforts, overall customer experience, and customer’s voice. He applies an in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN methodology to productivity and performance improvements across operation areas. At PSI Robert leads the quality, safety, procurement, recruiting, fleet, and warehouse departments leveraging his 30+ years of operations experience to ensure every customer and PSI associate interaction is a positive and productive one.
Robert has managed large scale international projects, has led the development of corporate and strategic initiatives, and has managed multi-million-dollar global P&Ls. Robert’s role is integral to supporting PSI’s growth and expansion strategies.
Todd Guthrie's Bio
As Chief Financial Officer of Place Services, Todd Guthrie carries ultimate responsibility for the company’s fiscal operations. An active CPA, his experience spans public accounting and VP and CFO roles with domestic and international manufacturing and services companies. Prior to joining Place Services, Todd served as Tangible Products and Services partner of TechCXO LLC, providing executive services to growth companies. He served Place Services and other construction-related companies in this capacity before joining Place Services full time in May 2019. Todd has an established track record of value creation in all areas of financial, cost accounting, and operational management in high-growth and high-change environments.
In his current capacity, Todd leads the accounting, acquisition, treasury, human resources, and information technology teams of Place Services.
Troy Place's Bio
Troy Place is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Place Services, Inc. with 20 years of experience and expertise in the construction industry. The strategic and entrepreneurial insights Troy possesses have led to PSI’s impressive growth and success. He has led the company from its inception in 2006 as a small subcontractor to a national company licensed in 49 states with repeat business from the largest companies in America. The company’s dynamic growth is also attributable to repeat business, with approximately 90% of the business coming from current clients – showing their level of trust in PSI’s exceptional customer service and how the company operates.
As President and CEO, the primary responsibility is to provide clear direction for the company. Troy makes it his number one mission to clearly and repeatedly communicate the company’s vision so everyone can “row” in the same direction together, and the company can continue to excel. He also takes an active role in developing and implementing high-level strategies and corporate decisions, managing its overall operations and resources.

Matt Baggett's Bio
Matt has over 15 years in the in the commercial and Industrial construction industry with an emphasis in the Grocery Retail sector. He has overseen the estimating on over 1,000 completed projects at PSI ranging from high volume fast paced improvements, to longer duration ground ups in excess of $20M. In His current position as the PSI Pre-construction Manager, Matt develops and maintains early client relationships, construction budgets, and oversees the estimating team. Matt is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.

Paul Gleason's Bio
Paul has over 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry overseeing teams and project managing large scale complex projects. His areas of expertise includes the overall planning, scheduling, contract management, contractor performance, and financial outcome of Grocery Retail and Big Box projects. In his current position as the Design Build Department Leader, Paul, oversees a variety of projects in the public and commercial sectors for the Design Build Department.
Jared Howard's Bio
Jared has over 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industries. His has experience in all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project completion, and has managed projects which range from 7,500 to 100,000 sq ft with budgets of $10,00.000 to 2.5M. As a Director at PSI in the Grocery Department, he currently leads the team for all aspects of on-site construction from project start through project close-out. He also works closely with the project owners, design team, sub-contractors, suppliers and other Place Services team members, to ensure each project is completed with a high level of quality and safety in a timely and cost-effective manner
Jason Crawford's Bio
Jason has 25+ years’ experience in retail operations and the commercial construction industry. His extensive experience in the retail space brings a new perspective on how to manage retail clients and implement new processes and communication platforms. His experience includes managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project completion, and has managed a broad range of projects scopes with budgets up to $3.5M. As an Account Manager at PSI in the Retail Department, Jason currently leads the team for all aspects of on-site construction from project start through project close-out. He also works closely with the project owners, design team, sub-contractors, suppliers and other Place Services team members, to ensure each project is completed with a high level of quality and safety in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Robert Coker's Bio
Robert has over 40 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industries. His experience includes managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project completion, and has managed a broad range of projects scopes with budgets up to $6M. His breath of experience includes retail, multi-story, ground up, hospitality and the medical verticals. In addition, he brings a unique perspective to the team as a former commercial construction business owner, as well as a former Sr. Estimator. As an Account Manager at PSI in the Retail Department, Robert currently leads the team for all aspects of on-site construction from project start through project close-out. He works closely with the clients, project stakeholders, design teams, sub-contractors, suppliers and other Place Services team members, to ensure each project is completed with a high level of quality and safety in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Joseph Castiglione's Bio
Joe brings over 30 yrs. of corporate construction and facilities management experience to PSI, with significant experience in rapidly changing business environments. This experience includes new-construction, planning and development, remodeling, leasing acquisition and site selection. These accomplishments resulted in reducing costs, enhancing services and successfully completing projects. His construction industry experience also includes store construction, planning, merchandising and operations management tied with a knowledge of regulations in OSHA, DOT, ADA, HRS, FEMA and strict standards and LEED® O&M requirements. His client industry experience encompasses the banking industry, medical and educational facilities, as well as the retail and entertainment industries. In addition, Joe has a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, government officials, contractors, vendors, architects.
Rick Teal's Bio
Rick is a seasoned veteran and proven leader in the commercial construction industry. He has over 40 years of Big Box commercial and retail construction experience, and has served in nearly every capacity within Construction Management with extensive expertise in Tilt Wall Construction. In addition, Rick has expanded his area of expertise to become an expert and advocate of safety and safety education with over 200 hours of continued credit education in construction and construction management. Rick maintains a 30 Hour OSHA Certification, and is NPDES Certified in the State of Georgia. In addition, he is an OSHA 500 Certified Instructor and is currently an OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Outreach Trainer through the Georgia Institute of Technology and also an Outreach Trainer through the National Safety Council.

Matthew Cash's Bio
Matthew is an expert in both renovations and new construction. He has over twenty years of experience in architecture and has focused much of his career on growing Georgia through Architecture. He will be the primary point of contact for Architectural Engineering. He has a diverse skill set, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), and experience in Higher Education, Municipal, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Military, Retail, and Residential Architecture. Much of his career has also been focused on leading large design teams, as Project Manager, on a multitude of projects.
