Scope Of Work
The renovation ar 1205 North Glenwood Ave was a 90,000sf renovaion project, converting an existing Kmart into two seperate retail tenants and providing extensive interior upgrades. The renovation was very complex and required extensive design and construction coordination. The existingbuilding was constructed in the 1970’s and many of the systems either no longer met code or were inconsistent with the existing drawings. Moreover, the two tenants were Rose’s and Ollie’s and their critieria demanded a great deal of existing building. In the end, the project was highly successful and brougt over 50 new jobs to the Dalton area.
