Scope Of Work
Ground up construction of 31,372SF full-service grocery store with bakery. This project included site development of a 4.35 acre site with all associated underground utilities, new GDOT turn-in lane, cast-in place retaining wall, and new asphalt parking lot. The building consisted of masonry walls, brick veneer, EIFS, structural steel with metal deck, membrane roof, multiple RTU’s, new storefront, polished concrete floor, all associated MEP’s, BMS system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and all necessary finishes. We installed a Caterpillar generator for backup power, LED lighting for energy savings, and ample LED site lights for lighting and security.
