Our Story

Tech City Builder was born out of 15 years of planned high quality attention to detail construction.

As a construction professional I have lead teams to build Residential High Rises, Senior Living Facilities, Multi Family Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Shopping Malls, Outdoor Markets, Historical Renovations, Tenant Improvements, and Single Family Homes. These projects have included Pre-construction Services, BIM Modeling, General Contracting, and Construction Management Consulting.

In all of my time working for great people and with great teams, I found that my abilities and my leadership helped mold each and every project into a success for the client, the builder, the municipality, and all parties involved while maintaining a high level of respect and integrity in all phases of the business.

After completing over $500 Million in total project worth to date, and building each of the different type of projects that inspired me, it came to my attention that now is time to lead my own company into success, becoming one of the most respected and requested Builders in the Bay Area, while bringing positive impacts to each and every person involved in the process.

One of my main inspirations for being a builder is the interpersonal relationships that are created through the process, at all levels of the industry. People are what builds the project, from the initial designers through the final cleaners, we are all involved and making that process as positive and inspiring as possible is my daily goal, while also leading the project and its partners into a successful completion.
