A&C Services

A&C Services is a small, growing, family owned company, that provides a full range of maintenance repair, and remodeling services for the surrounding areas of Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, Muscatine and more. 

A&C Services provides a variety of different services for your home, apartment complex, or business. 

Our two owners have over 25 years of general building maintenance and remodeling experience, Universal EPA certifications, and 20 years combined HVAC experience. 

Local Ownership

Allen Warson, Co-Owner of A&C Services, got his start in new housing construction. After a few years in the construction field he switched his skill sets to the field of building maintenance with a local property management company in the Iowa City area. During his 6 years with this company he quickly moved to Maintenance Foreman in the first two years where he remained until 2004 When he accepted the Maintenance Supervisors position at Hawks Ridge Apartments.  At that time, this complex was the first of its kind in the Iowa City area to specialize in student housing, with the individual style leasing. After 14 years at the property, Allen made the decision to take his knowledge and experience, and help create A&C Services alongside his son-in-law, and other co-owner Jacob Lehman.
