Worked at the three largest security companies in the Tri-State area. Former Director of Dragnet Base Investigation & Collection Services, St. Lucia, West Indies. Colin has over 38 years of security experience, shared between security guard duties, supervision, and management. Colin is directly responsible for the overall administration of the company and oversees accounting, operation, and business development.
Colin graduated from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice Services, Security Management Institute, and the Levin College of Business Development. Colin is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security - ASIS.
Collin James's Bio
Collin James oversees the management of the Human Resources Department and is responsible for all of our employees. Collin ensures full compliance with licensing, registration and training requirements pursuant to the laws of the State of New York.
Collin also oversees the assignment and staffing of all our Accounts. Collin has over 29 years of Security Management experience. Collin previously served as the Personnel Officer at a very reputable Contract Security Firm in Manhattan, New York. Collin holds a Degree in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, New York.
Ronald Williams's Bio
Ronald Williams is a retired NYPD Detective and has over 26 years of security-related management experience. Ronald previously served as an accounts manager with a very reputable security firm in Manhattan, New York, and quit to offer his expertise to Adirondacks Protection Services.
Ronald oversees company growth and ensures our security guards deliver excellent customer services. Ronald is also responsible for all licensing, compliance and security guard service operations.
Ronald holds a Degree in Business Administration for the City University of Monroe College.
