Scope Of Work
Irish Creek was hired as Construction Manager General Contractor for the development construction of this gorgeous training facility. We assisted the Owners throughout the entire project, beginning with an initial concept, moving into design layout of the barn arenas, through to final construction move in. This facility boasts a 27,840 SF building consisting of 31 horse stalls, 80′ x 200′ clear span indoor arena, parking area, RV electric hookups, 150′ x 300′ outdoor track, office, restroom, tack stall, vet area, feed storage area, laundry facility wash stall.
