Jared began his career in plumbing before graduating high school outside of Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas. He completed his apprenticeship and obtained his first Journeyman license in 2003. After working abroad in Costa Rica and Turks & Caicos Islands, he relocated to Seattle where he obtained his second Journeyman license in 2006. In the Pacific Northwest, he worked on multiple jobs including The Quad at the Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond, WA, and the Genome Building at the University of Washington, Seattle, as well as retail and restaurant tenant improvement projects. In 2013, he moved to California to complete a masters program at CSU Long Beach, then later took a position as the Facilities Manager for a manufacturing facility in Orange County. In early 2019, after obtaining his B and C-36 licenses, he founded Pipe & Plumb in order to his efforts on creating a plumbing and general contracting business that aligns all past experience from multiple states and industries. He now lives with his wife in North Park, San Diego, CA.
