How long have we been in Business:  Our company began in June of 1997. Over 23 years of lessons learned.  What to do and how to do it, but more importantly, how not to do it.  

Why are we in business:  Serving People.  Yes, we are an asphalt company, but the products are how we serve our purpose.  Being that "People" are the why we are in business, it doesn't matter if you are a Customer, Non-Customer, Employee, Vendor, or the general public, we value you and thank you for the opportunity to help with your project. Wether is working with us or helping you find a good contractor to work with.

Our service area:  Western Washington and Northwestern Oregon.  

Experience: We have decades of experience. See below. 

Asphalt paving & patching:  Our experience is mostly in paving 15,000 sq feet patching projects and under.   While we have handled renovations up into 200,000 sq feet, our core competency is smaller patching of existing parking lot areas.  

Pavement Marking / Striping / Signage:  Our crews are well versed in all areas of striping.  Past projects include large County road re-striping, new construction layout (from new Walmart / Home Depot to smaller Starbucks construction),  All phases of new construction parking area signage, stenciling, and stripes.   So if you have a new construction project, we can probably stripe, mark, sign, and pre-form thermo it. 

Extruded Curbing:  Our experience with extruded curbing is extensive.  Both new construction and patching damaged areas.  If you have new construction that has 1000's of feet or you project is only a couple of feet, we can help.  

Crack Sealing:  Many years operating Crafco Super Shot 125's.  We have crack sealed I-5 ramps, millions of feet for cities around Oregon and Washington.  Most of our work consist of private parking areas like shopping centers, multi-family and industrial parks.  

Parking lot Sealcoating: We have completed thousands of sealcoating jobs over the years. We have lots of experience with Retail, Industrial, and HOA's.  We run up to 5 crews a day during the sealcoating season, which gives us a lot of flexibility when it comes to scheduling and time lines.
