Greg Coady's Bio
Greg Coady is part of the executive team responsible for the company’s overall growth and financial health. He provides leadership for the firm’s financial activities, as well as audit, risk management, corporate planning and strategy.
From Skyline’s inception, Greg has provided management direction for the firm’s most notable projects. As Chief Development Officer, Greg focuses on critical issues facing the company and long-term business and strategic initiatives. Greg executes and oversees all day to day functions by maintaining and enhancing the existing processes and procedures. Real estate development and expansion of Skyline and its subsidiaries holdings is always a primary focus.
Prior to Skyline, Greg most recently served as a consultant to a technology startup whose valuation was $100+ million. Greg studied political science at Baruch College and attended various executive programs at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Wharton School of Business.
Nick Coady's Bio
Nick Coady is a construction and development expert with experience in multiple U.S. markets, with a specific focus in New York City. Nick is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our customers, business partners and employees. From the inception of Skyline, Nick has been a key player in setting the strategic priorities of the company’s ongoing business development, operations, growth, and performance efforts.
After a successful start to his career working with other prominent construction companies, Nick and his brother Greg Coady started Skyline Builders Group. Having worked and lived in Los Angeles and New York, Nick is familiar with the unique characteristics and business environments that define each of the markets of the East and West Coast where Skyline concentrates business. With real estate holdings of his own, Nick has a unique perspective for a range of issues owners, board members and developers face and is often able to provide creative solutions and work-arounds.
Nick has worked with several well-known general contractors. In leading the development efforts and general operations, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the construction business. His diverse industry experience features a variety of project types, including restoration, mid-rise office, educational, hospitality, restaurant, non-profit, large industrial, healthcare, retail and specialty buildings. Nick is focused on business development and drives the company’s strategic focus on new and emerging local, national and international markets.
Vincent T. Pallaci's Bio
Vincent T. Pallaci is General Counsel for SBG and focuses on complex construction, business and insurance litigation. Mr. Pallaci has represented general contractors, developers, subcontractors, owners, construction managers, architects and engineers in a wide variety of disputes including defective construction, excavation and property damage litigation, delay, scope of work disputes, mechanic’s lien foreclosure and defense, defense of OSHA violations, ECB violations, construction license agreements, Labor Law claims and employment claims. He has successfully represented clients in arbitration and mediation as well as State and Federal litigation. Mr. Pallaci’s clients have ranged from NYC based firms to nationally and internationally known members of the Fortune 1000 and S&P 500.
Mr. Pallaci holds the highest possible “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubble, is recognized as a “Top Construction Attorney” by AVVO and has been recognized as a “rising star” by Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2012.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pallaci is a former Chairman of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee and has lectured and written more than 100 articles on construction law topics, including strategies for mitigating and avoiding loss and effective payment recovery options.

Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Samuel Terzi's Bio
Sam Terzi brings more than 20 years of international executive experience and a deep understanding of business within the real estate and retail industries to his role as a business development director at Skyline Builders Group. As the practice lead for the firm’s restoration and construction services, Sam manages a wide range of firm growth activities, working with clients across the industry, including in the areas of compliance, new development, restoration, retail, construction and other sectors. Prior to joining Skyline Builders Group, Sam was an international sales and business development executive who facilitated business transactions in the retail space.
A results-driven strategist, Sam provides expert relationship management and strategic guidance to clients. He builds trust through a demonstrated ability to optimize performance and achieve desired results, and has a passion for professional and personal development to continue to bring the highest value to clients.
Sam earned a BA degree in business management at New York University.
Finance & Accounting
Fady Mseih's Bio
Fady is our Chief Financial Officer and CPA responsible for the financial record keeping and facilitating all financial aspects of construction, development and joint ventures. He produces financial statements to help management make strategic business decisions. This will help continue to foster strong, beneficial relationships between Skyline Builders Group and it’s clients and partners.
Fady has experience in both construction and joint venture accounting. His most recent prior work experience includes working at a development and construction company in Chicago handling the accounting for joint ventures. He also has experience in both public and private accounting firms.
