Today, that commitment to quality and value is clearly evident with hundreds of satisfied customers and over 50 communities and for this we are proud. In the process of achieving these goals, Grayhawk Homes has established itself as the leading builder in the Columbus, GA, Phenix City, AL and Ft. Benning, GA markets.  In addition, Grayhawk Homes also operates a successful business in Des Moines, Iowa, and most recently has expanded to the northwest Atlanta|Lake Acworth area as well as Bluffton and Charleston, SC markets.

History

Grayhawk Homes Inc. was founded by Dave Erickson in 1992 following his 12 year career as a US Army Infantry Officer. Grayhawk Homes has been recognized by both Entrepreneur Magazine and Builder Magazine as one of the fastest growing builders in America.

Dave Erickson has been recognized for his leadership in the building community by the City Council of Columbus, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and professionally as NAHB Builder of the Year. Dave was recently recognized for the third time as Builder of the Year!
