Chris was born and raised in Florida and after college he apprenticed with several construction companies along the way. He formed his own remodeling company in 1987 as a specialty contractor and operated in south Florida for nearly 20 years concentrating primarily on residential remodeling. In 2006 he went out west to Oklahoma for a construction project and ended up getting married and settling down and started a general construction and roofing company which operated until 2015 when he returned home to Florida to care for his elderly parents. Last year Chris took on a full-time position with Allied and we look forward to him serving you as our project manager here in the South Florida area.
Chris enjoys restoring old or historic homes and commercial buildings with the historic society but when not working you will most likely find him in the waters off the east coast of Florida enjoying his passion for scuba diving and fishing.

Chris Tarrant's Bio
Born and raised in Mesquite, Texas, Chris began in the lawn service industry while still in high school. After graduating, Chris continued the business for 3 more years before selling it to focus on his passion of cars. Chris took over the family’s auto repair business and ran it for 4 years before deciding to go back into home improvement services. What started out with intentions to focus on just roofing quickly grew into a full home exterior service business. After years of self-employment, Chris decided it was time to slow down to spend more time with his wife and kids.

John Fox's Bio
John was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and went to Stephen F. Austin State University where he graduated with a BBA in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Insurance. He comes to Allied Restoration and Construction with over 20 years’ experience working with TPAs including water and property damage. In addition to insurance, he has over 20 years’ experience in real estate/property management including managing and remodeling single-family homes. John’s knowledge and skills include:

Kenton Stottlemyer's Bio

Kenton grew up in the Orlando area. Right out of high school Kenton went into the home improvement industry where he learned and mastered every trade in residential home improvements and repairs. While attending college, he focused his sights on the real-estate industry and flourished as a broker/associate until the market crashed in 2008. He enjoys the residential side very much because “I get to meet a lot of nice people and help them improve and reconstruct their homes in a time of need.”

He moved to Florida when he was 22 and stayed for about 20 years and then moved to New Hampshire after reacquainting with his high school sweetheart. He’s been married for five years to his lovely wife and has four children. He loves taking his children to the park.

Retired from military service after commanding 1st Battalion, 25th Marines, 4th Marine Division which was comprised of over 950 Marines stationed across four states in New York and New England. Completed multiple overseas and combat deployments from 1994 – 2018.

Mike grew up in Louisiana before going to college to play football in 1994. Upon graduation from college in 1998 he began in the restoration business part time while playing Arena Football. Mike chose to get into restoration full time in 2000, Joining a National Restoration team. He enjoys the industry because “I love to take a loss situation and put it back to pre-loss condition.”
When not at work you will find him on the football field coaching, at his son’s college football games, or spending time with his grand kids.
Rey Morris's Bio
Rey has 12 years of experience in the restoration industry. He started out as a general manager with a carpet cleaning company covering the Houston, Dallas and Las Vegas areas. In 2007, he made a career change and went to work as an assistant construction manager, where he worked his way up to become the construction manager. He brings nine years of experience in home building having worked with three different home builders in the Houston area.
Rey grew up in Houston joining the Marines after graduating from high school. He has been married to his wife for 23 years and has three children, two in college and one still in high school. They have lived in the Cypress, TX area since 1995. When not at work Rey likes to work in his back yard and spend time with his family. Rey and his wife enjoy having date night at the movies.
Rue Beane's Bio
Rue is a Florida native with a demonstrated history of working within
the public and governmental sections of the construction industry. As
a licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster, Rue is an expert in the
estimating process for insurance claims, advocating for full and
complete coverage for our clients as they work through the challenging
insurance claim process.
Rue is a graduate of the University
of South Florida where she received her BA in Business Management with
a double minor in finance and economics. With her passion for green
building and sustainability, she led her class’s charge for
certification by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as
Certified Green Professionals.
Outside of the insurance and
construction industry, Rue has a varied background in restaurant
management, math instruction for two Florida school districts, as well
as several positions in the energy and green building industries. One
of her other hidden talents is that Rue serves as our FAA licensed
drone pilot!
Rue enjoys time off with family and friends, her
fur babies, and spending time on her own steampunk projects.

Scott grew up in Illinois before joining the Navy in 1984 and was honorably discharged in 1988. Upon graduation from college in 1993 he began in the insurance industry. Scott has recently relocated to Florida with his wife and two boys. When not at work you will find him on his bike, at the beach or on the golf course.

Troy Christine's Bio

Troy has spent seventeen years in the Construction industry.
Early in his career he focused on interior finish work and remodeling of existing construction.
Later he branched out into Construction Management with a Real Estate Firm Managing $2M – $4M of Capital Renovations Annually.
In 2012, he began assisting in the construction of 435 units of student housing in State College, PA.
In 2013, Troy assisted with the completion of Trader Joes Plaza.
Family is the most important thing to Troy and he incorporates that into all aspects of life. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They like being outdoors hiking or hunting and boating at the lake. Another favorite thing, when time allows, is playing guitar.
One of his favorite quotes was from his dad, “Do your best, even when you know no one will ever see it.”
