Block Construction PDX came to be in November of 2016. Zachary Burrowes a native Portlander has been working as a project manager, builder and a master carpenter in Portland for over 24 years. Amber Burrowes has over 20 years of experience in art, sales and business management.  Zack and Amber recognized the need for quality builders with a passion for people, community and the art of building. Block Construction PDX is committed to building a bigger , better and more sustainable Portland we can all be proud of.
