Structure First

Structure First was formed in 2011 as a disruptor to the traditional Design Build model that Financial Institutions had been using for new headquarters, branches, and renovations.  Using their unique backgrounds in design, construction, and banking, Ned Compton and Neil Kool created a firm that truly operated from the same side of the table as the Bank or Credit Union. 

THE GOAL

The Firm’s goal remains to “structure” the services required, using both national and local vendors, to complete projects in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. 

THE GROWTH

In 2013, Eric Corti joined the firm with vast program and construction management experience that allowed the firm to expand its reach both in size of projects and geographic locations.  In 2018, Brit Boatright joined the firm enhancing it’s financial institution expertise and  commercial real estate advisory services.

THE MISSION

Whether it was a master facilities plan saving their client $15 million dollars or a branch transformation project for locations across a 400 mile footprint, Structure First continues to craft its services as a true advocate and owner’s representative for their clients. As the financial institution industry continues to evolve, Structure First will continue to help its clients combine environments, staff, and technology in its Next Generation Financial Spaces.
