Judy Brown's Bio
Judy Brown has been licensed to sell real estate for 31 years, with
26 of those years spent as a Principal Broker, in the states of
Kentucky and Indiana. She has acted both as a Broker and a Principal
during that time, transacting in every type of residential property,
including single family, mobile homes, condominiums and vacant lots,
as well as every commercial property type. She’s owned and managed
her own real estate brokerage through most of her career, and managed
every facet of the business, from recruitment and training, to
accounting and strategic growth. Although she’s owned or brokered
every type of real estate over the years, her specialties include
single-family turnaround investment, creative marketing, multifamily
property, 1031 tax-deferred exchange, and adaptive re-use of real
estate through renovation and re-positioning to attain highest and
best use of properties for herself and/or her clients.
She’s managed the conversion and marketing of multiple
multifamily properties of over 100 units each, into condominiums, from
conception through renovation and sell-off. Through that process, she
recruited, trained and managed both the sales and renovation staffs,
as well as overseeing the underlying rental operation as sales were
underway. In each of these cases, creative and out-of-the-box
marketing was required to re-position these assets in the
buying public’s minds, so the ten years she spent in radio and
television advertising prior to her real estate career proved very
useful. Her management and implementation of heavy multi-media
marketing resulted in outstanding sold-out projects in record time.
She’s also been very active in the Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors, a private investing and counseling organization, since 1989, serving twice as President, and on the board for decades, as well as receiving “The Exchange of the Year” award from that organization in 1995, and the President’s Award in 2002.
She is also a member of an affiliated group, the National Council of Exchangors, and regularly attends association meetings around the country with that group, transacting brokerage and investment deals with its members. In addition to taking multiple CCIM courses early in her career, these exchangors groups offer continuous education in all facets of real estate, from creative financing and marketing, through renovation and management, most of which she has taken, thus earning the titles of Certified Exchange Counselor, and Equity Marketing Specialist.
As a result, Judy has become adept at taking on and creatively working through any and all real estate challenges over the course of her career, both through education and “in the trenches” experience, having acquired, and/or brokered every type of real estate over the decades. Her education and experience has prepared her well to maximize the value of nearly any property type or solve any real estate challenge today.

Wright Sloan's Bio
Originally a native of St. Simons Island, Georgia, Wright is no stranger to the great State of Kentucky. For over 20 years he called Louisville and Lexington “homes away from home” while supporting his family’s passion for American Saddlebred horses. In 2019, he and his wife moved to the Louisville area to continue that support and raise their family. Wright’s enthusiasm for real estate became evident ten years ago while in college on the GI Bill after six years of decorated service in the United States Air Force. While completing his degrees, he remained focused on real estate investment and valuation as well as Veterans education and homelessness issues. When he’s not focused on helping his clients achieve their financial goals or supporting veteran advocacy initiatives, you can usually find him enjoying life with his wife and children.
