Learning the construction trade from his father, Robert Nicholas, founder of Exterior Associates started the business in September 1986 with one objective in mind-to provide reliable and trustworthy contracting services to the public.  Through the years Robert instilled his passion and knowledge in his son in-law, grandchildren and their children.  As a result of these roots, we have grown to become a successful family owned and operated business that now spans three generations.  In later years, Exterior Associates adopted the slogan “Construction with a personal touch”, as it has always been our goal to leave customers with a level of comfort knowing that we treat their homes as if it were our own.
