I’ve managed software development teams since the start of my career, and I'm currently in charge of Product and Engineering as the co-founder and CTO of a construction logistics software company. I excel when working with executives—or directly with stakeholders—to clearly define project requirements and effectively balance competing business/technical priorities. My adaptive, iterative design and development philosophy creates flexibility for development teams to innovate while delivering just-in-time solutions precisely when they are needed.

I strive to create space for development teams (and each developer on them) to grow and evolve according to the needs of the business, each individual’s skill set and goals, and the constantly changing technology landscape. 

Robert joined TRUX following a long international career building startups and driving sales at industry-leading automotive and telecommunications companies. His prior experience includes senior sales management roles at Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Ford Motor Company, and Jaguar Land Rover in the U.S., Germany, Spain and Ukraine. Robert holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, as well as an MBA in International Business from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
