Scope Of Work

This project was a dirty one! The building was existing but was dammaged by a vehicle fire. Our task was to remove the old overhead doors anf replace after the rebuild. We installed 10-12'2"x14' thermal insulated doors made by North Central Door Company out of Bemidji, MN. These doors were outfitted with Liftmaster commercial trolley operators, high cycle life springs, and premium hardware. The number one goal for us was to stack all 10 doors in one day. Or at least high enough to keep unwanted overnight guests out. The folloing days were spent finishing the install of the doors, and installing the openers. We worked side bu side with the electrical contractor to ensure that all of the saftey functions were in proper working order. These include the saftey photo eyes, a reverse edge in the door bottom seal, the diagnostic alert system, and monitoring via the MyQ app. 

Since then the customer had decided to use us al all facilities and we now maintain in excess of 100 overhead doors, and multiple automatic gates for them.
