Scope Of Work
An existing apartment complex is building a detached parking structure. Poured walls, and precast panlels are in place. Framing is to begin on 4-9-19 and the doors will be on order as soon as the openings can be measured. The building owner does not want garage door openers so we will install T lock handles on all of them. 40-9x7s and 4-5x7s.
