Our Story

With more than eight decades of providing service above expectation, our portfolio of award-winning construction encompasses all aspects of the commercial built environment. From mixed-use industrial campuses to office spaces of the future, we deliver projects that are defining commercial real estate across America.

Meeting needs in New York and nationwide

Working where you work

In the summer of 2016 we finalized our Big Apple debut, taking the HITT name northward for the first time when the owners of HITT acquired Manhattan-based general contractor Americon Construction Inc.  Americon is now an affiliate of HITT, doing business as Americon HITT. Our experience in the city began long before this official entry though, working with national clients on projects in and around the greater New York area.

Services Overview

There is no limit to the number of industries operating in the 22.82 square miles that make up Manhattan. Our teams are equipped to tackle not only the multimillion dollar commercial projects, but also the smaller service, paint, and term contract work. What we do touches so many of the industries at play here in New York, providing construction services for corporate interiors, mission critical, law firms, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, Federal and commercial mixed-use projects. A union company, Americon HITT is affiliated with local 66 & 79.
