Tishman Construction Corp.

Daniel R. Tishman is Principal and Vice Chairman for Tishman. Mr. Tishman formerly served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Construction Corp. and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of its parent company, AECOM. Mr. Tishman is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Natural Resources Defense Council, one of the world's leading environmental advocacy organizations. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Montefiore Medicine and as a member of the boards of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, among others. He was previously chairman of Governor Cuomo’s Airport Advisory Panel and is a member of the Board of Governors and executive committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Mr. Tishman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.

David Rothenberg is President for Tishman Realty Corporation responsible for the company’s acquisitions, development, operations and financing efforts. Prior to joining Tishman in 1987, Mr. Rothenberg was a member of the Real Estate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Rothenberg is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Urban Land Institute and a Sustaining Member and Mentor at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton. Mr. Rothenberg holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Bagwell is Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2003, Mr. Bagwell was Executive Vice President and Partner at Buena Vista Hospitality Group spearheading strategic planning for several major properties. He also held the position of Vice President/General Manager for PGA National Resort and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. Mr. Bagwell has served as a Board Member for Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Meeting Planners International, as well as other industry related organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Florida International University.

Don Bartell is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Mr. Bartell began his career with Marriott Hotels and spent the first eight years of his career in various rooms management positions at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Chicago Marriott Downtown, and the Denver City Center Marriott. Prior to joining Tishman in 1999, he held various operational management positions within Starwood and Sheraton. Mr. Bartell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Frank Beck is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1992, he was in charge of Finance and Administration for Guinness PLC, overseeing the financial activities for the Group's hospitality development and management business in the United States. Before that, Mr. Beck held various Hotel Corporate and Property Controllership positions and started his career in auditing and consulting with the CPA firm of Pannell, Kerr and Forester. Mr. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York.

Frank Beck is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1992, he was in charge of Finance and Administration for Guinness PLC, overseeing the financial activities for the Group's hospitality development and management business in the United States. Before that, Mr. Beck held various Hotel Corporate and Property Controllership positions and started his career in auditing and consulting with the CPA firm of Pannell, Kerr and Forester. Mr. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York.

Gary Buscemi is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1995, he was a partner in a major law firm. Mr. Buscemi has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham College and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Heather Bolton is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2002, Ms. Bolton held various operational management positions for Sheraton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and was also involved in quality process management and franchise brand conversions. Ms. Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and a Masters of Business Administration degree emphasizing Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

John A. Vickers is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Tishman. Prior to the sale of Tishman Construction Corporation to AECOM in July 2010, Mr. Vickers was also Vice Chair and Principal of Tishman Construction Corporation. Mr. Vickers serves on the Columbia Business School MBA Real Estate Program Advisory Board. Mr. Vickers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University.

Kathleen Chan is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Ms. Chan joined Tishman in 1988 and has 28 years of management experience in the design and construction industry. Kathleen has overseen the design and construction activities for the new build, renovation, conversion and capital projects of a number of hotels with various hotel brands and operators. She attended the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at Cooper Union, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Baruch College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from New York University.

Lauren Banks is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Ms. Banks joined Tishman in 2006 and has 12 years of project experience including new build, renovation, conversion and capital projects from due diligence to completion. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
