HANDS-ON BUILDER

Originally from Ann Arbor, Thomas Mitchell, the company founder, has lived in the Brighton area for more than 25 years. Tom is proud to be a hands-on builder who is on the job daily. He is there doing any job needed, paying attention to details, checking workmanship, and keeping the jobs moving. We can build a quality controlled, beautiful home in a 90-120 day frame because Tom has the experience to keep the job moving.

QUALITY-BUILT HOMES

Every home begins as a spec home that is purchased during various stages of construction. Mitchell Building Company likes to give the purchaser the option to choose their own selections for cabinets, floor covering, and countertops. Although we have built homes across all price ranges, we are currently concentrating on quality built homes in the $180,000 - $300,000 price range. We have always specialized in homes that are affordable without losing quality. We do not show homes that are full of upgrades. Instead, we include the quality shown in the base price. Our buyers seldom do any major upgrades.
