One of the things we take great pride in at Kelley Developments is attention to detail.  We like to put details in the house that you may not find in other homes, such as custom trim details like beams, ceiling treatments, cabinetry, outdoor living and custom masonry.  We always use the best quality materials.  Kelley Developments really goes above and beyond to ensure the clients are happy.  Our goal is to exceed the client’s expectations.

I can’t do everything myself.  Each project is a collaborative effort.  There is an architect, subcontractors, an interior designer, and many others who allow this process to flow.  Interior designers work with clients at the beginning of the process to help with selections.  We use the same subcontractors for every home, so they know what our expectations are.  The subcontractors are the best in the industry.

I get asked a lot.  “What price home do you build?” My answer always is that we build a home for your budget.  There are many factors that go into the price of a home from, square footage, to the different roofs.  We establish a budget with our clients and design to meet that budget.  The client always drives the price of their home.  It doesn’t matter what price home your building, we can achieve it by listening to you.

Once the building process is over we can continue to keep in touch with clients by tracking warranty and correction items after closing.  We want clients to be 100% satisfied, and to enjoy the process every step of the way.  Building a home doesn’t have to be difficult, it can be, and should be, enjoyable.  If I had to use one word to describe Kelley Developments it would be integrity, from the integrity of the homes we build to the integrity of the relationships we make.
