Scope Of Work

Solidus managed the renovation of 4,675 sf of space for Rocky Hill Pediatrics, including 9 exam rooms, 6 offices, and a lab. Our creative partner designed door jams, high open spaces, a bright color palate, and a large fish tank in the lobby to provide a fun and comforting environment. The scope of this renovation project included a total gut renovation followed by the construction of new walls, ceiling, floor covering, painting, lighting, millwork and furniture.
