Scope Of Work

Middlesex Cardiology is a growing medical practice that was looking for a satellite office along the Connecticut shore. This project involved the build-out of a multi-service existing facility with base building mechanicals. The construction fit-out included the waiting room area to accommodate up to 20 people, a reception area and a check-out area to comply with the latest privacy regulations. The project also included patient exam rooms, stress test labs, X-ray rooms and light-filled patient consultation rooms built with privacy and comfort in mind. Middlesex Cardiology’s goal is to provide comprehensive cardiac medical care with a home-like atmosphere combined with convenient patient access.
