Scope Of Work

This project’s objective was to build a warm welcoming veterinary office out of a new space in Berlin, CT.

The first impression that clients get is that of a clean, sunny, eight person waiting/reception area with a wall of educational materials and specialty animal products.  The three large exam rooms are located directly off the waiting area. Also adjacent to the exam rooms is a complete lab and pharmacy.

The treatment area includes radiology surgery and dental along with isolation and recovery rooms. Also included in the space is a Manager’s office and a Doctor’s office.  The staff has a break room and to complete the space there are two handicap bathrooms and several storage areas.
