Randy established Bouwkamp Builders, Inc. over 30 years ago as a result of his passion to build homes and build a business. He spends the majority of his time developing new projects, meeting with new clients, managing and assisting in the land development and building design process, and staying current on industry trends and the latest in products and technologies. Randy has his Graduate Builder Certification, is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, and is also a licensed REALTOR® and Broker.

With four summer seasons of construction experience, Rilee assists in the project management tasks while often also working on-site. He plays a helpful role in keeping up-to-date with new technology. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College and is also a licensed real estate agent. 

With over two decades in the construction industry, Scott brings his knowledge and expertise to the daily operations of the projects. Managing subcontractor relationships and being on the jobsite regularly ensure a quality product completed on time. He also prioritizes staying up-to-date on building code changes and other industry related trends.

With Heidi's many years of experience in office management and accounting, Bouwkamp Builders' clients enjoy the benefit of accurate financial information, and are ensured the timely and efficient handling of all related items including draw schedules and subcontractor payments.
