Testimonials
To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you for your prompt response to my emergency roof situation. Alex Reyes was one of the most courteous professionals with whom I have ever done business. He was prompt and considerate and followed through conscientiously.
Although Alex knew I was not going to be at home, he completed my roof repair on the same day that he gave me the quotation. His trust that prompt payment would follow is commendable-a reminder of the way business used to be done before this age of mistrust and lawsuits.
Sincerely,

Alex,
I wanted to let you, and any potential customers, know how satisfied we are with the work done on our roof. Please use the following as you see fit. If you have any corrections or changes you wish to make, please feel free to complete them. Following hurricane Ike, our home needed the roof replaced. After discussions with several roofing companies and contacting the references they provided, I decided to have North American Roofing perform the work. Even though they were busy completing all the work they had previously committed to, Alex and his crew worked me into their schedule and eliminated my worries about the water which continued to come through my roof with every rain. While the amount of work required was was not an option because of the existing damage, we were able to use the many options of materials offered to find the right roofing for our home and our desire to improve the looks of our home. The crew which replaced our roof did a great job, working fast, completing the work in in a very acceptable manner and cleaning up both the mess created by the initial damage and the required work. Our new roof enhances the look of our home even more than I could have hoped. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, North American Roofing to any one who wants a great roof replacement at a fair price. Thank you, North American Roofing, for eliminating the damages to my roof and saving me from future worries.
