Cupic Custom Homes is a family owned and operated business. Owner, Shane Cupic, is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Prior to starting his own business, Shane was the Superintendent for two major home builders in San Antonio. He then worked with an established, high-end, custom, home builder in Houston. Through his education and prior work, he gained the knowledge and experience to start Cupic Custom Homes.

Cupic Custom Homes is a true custom home builder that does not limit their customers to any floor plan or finishes. Shane has a team that can help with all aspects of building the home of your dreams including property location, architectural design, engineering, and product/finish selections. They have developed relationships with suppliers from across the world and also with Houston's finest craftsmen. This enables them to deliver a product that sets the standards for the building industry.

Working along side of Shane is Kristina, his wife and mother of their three beautiful children. Kristina is a graduate of Concordia University. She works behind the scenes to handle the administrative aspects of the business. The hands on approach that Shane and Kristina take with every project allows them the ability to deliver a home that is second to none. This dynamic team will demonstrate integrity and effective communication through all stages of the building process, leading to a quality home and a pleasant experience.
