Grand Bay Building & Remodeling

Victor is the 2009 past president of the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area. He has earned the respect of his peers and appreciated their confidence in electing him to this position. He now serves on the Board of Directors and continues to be very involved in the industry.

Victor has been remodeling and building homes for over 30 years. He strives to be aware of the newest technologies and trends in the building industry. Victor's focus on his education has earned him the highest designation through the National Home Builders Association. He is proud to have earned National Association of Home Builder certifications. Victor is a Graduate Master Builder-GMB, a Certified Graduate Remodeler-CGR, a Certified Aging in Place Specialist-CAPS as well as a Certified Green Professional-CGP. He has always believed in the value of energy efficient construction and brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to every Grand Bay Building and Remodeling project.

Nancy is a licensed builder and support member of the Home Builder Association of the Grand Traverse Area. She is a charter member of the HBA Livingston Women's Council and recognizes the importance of women in the building industry. Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Wayne State University and has studied architecture and landscape design at Lansing Community College.

She is very involved in the design/build process and as a mother of four, suggests design concepts that live well and really meet the needs of day to day life. Nancy provides knowledgeable product and design recommendations to assist Grand Bay Building and Remodeling clients with their decisions throughout the construction process.
