Stark Construction Services was founded in October 2010. Our philosophy is to exceed the customer’s expectations by viewing construction as a service; to listen, understand, plan, build a team and implement the plan. We set ourselves apart from other builders with our leadership and determination.

Stark provides construction services to clients, focuses on listening to the customer’s needs and providing a service that best fits the clients expectations for completing their project. We manage the decision making process, feasibility studies, design, permitting, bidding, contracting and construction. We strive to make the construction process as easy as possible for the Owner. Past projects include Capital West Christian Church, Russellville and Eugene athletic fields, JCMG Plastic Surgery remodel, Callaway Community Hospital remodel and ER expansion, Community Point Bank, the JCMG Women & Children’s Center and St. Mary’s/JCMG Radiation Oncology Center.

We seek to perform and fit the project to the Owner’s expectations and desires, and tailoring a service that will exceed their expectations. We listen to what the customer wants, provide a plan, schedule and budget, then assemble the best team of professionals that fit the project and the customer for a successful project.
