Coast to Coast Development, Inc.

COAST TO COAST DEVELOPMENT, INC. was founded in 1994 by Aurelio Peccei and Charles Marzot.  Augie and Charlie, as they are known, are cousins. They were both involved in building extremely well-crafted custom homes on Cape Cod in Massachusetts for over a decade. They founded Coast to Coast Development to increase the scope of their home development and construction work.  Both cousins brought an extraordinary talent and intelligence to this joint venture.  Augie has a BA from MIT (’87) and Charlie studied at the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia and Lesley College in Massachusetts.  For years this bi-coastal company, hence the name COAST TO COAST, grew considerably, as did their reputation for quality and service.

Coast to Coast focuses on medium to large house remodeling projects and new construction.  Our service area is the mid-peninsula in the San Francisco Bay area and we work with all licensed and bonded sub-contractors.  Coast to Coast is a team, where you will see the same folks on the job every day and we pride ourselves on building on time and on budget.
