We pride ourselves on achieving outstanding results in each of the markets we build, with our work focusing on disaster recovery areas across the United States. We have extensive experience in FEMA, CDBG, and CDBG-DR work. Specifically, DSW Homes has participated in over 30 programs completing over 4,000 units totaling $450 million in contracts (number of units includes rehabilitation, reconstruction and elevation projects). In addition to our disaster recovery work, we provide services in immediate response and consultation and with offices across the country we are ready to help make a difference in your community today.

Recently, DSW Homes completed over 1,584 rapid rehabilitation projects in Louisiana as part of the Louisiana Shelter at Home program. These projects were completed within 88 days. In addition to our work in Louisiana, DSW Homes has completed residential disaster recovery work in Texas, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Illinois and Connecticut.
