Glenn has been designing and building custom homes in the Iowa City area for over two decades. He believes the home building process should be a personal and rewarding experience and that building trust is just as important as the home he builds for his clients.
He is passionate about designing homes for people that are custom to their lifestyle while building a sound investment for their family.

Glenn was born and raised in Riverside, Iowa. He and his wife, Linette, who is his business partner, reside in Iowa City. They have two children and a granddaughter. Angela is a branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Christopher is the construction manager for the family construction business.

Glenn is a huge sports fan. He follows the Iowa Hawkeyes, San Francisco Giants and the Green Bay Packers.
He is an avid fisherman and enjoys his yearly fishing trips with his family.
He is also a member of Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping.

Linette was born and raised in Riverside, Iowa. She attended Highland High School and the University of Iowa. Linette is a partner in the construction company. She enjoys spending time with the clients assisting them with the product selection process. She is also the office manager and bookkeeper for the construction company.
Linette, and her husband, Glenn, have two children, Christopher and Angela, a daughter-in-law, Jenna, and a granddaughter, Sophia Rose.
Linette is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys long power walks with her friends and family. She also enjoys a good book, cooking, gardening and playing bingo.

Chris was born and raised in Iowa City. He attended Regina High School and went on to play baseball for two years at Muscatine Community College. He transferred to the University of Nebraska – Omaha where he finished his college baseball career. He was a two time All-American and student Athlete of the Year in 2008. Chris was signed as a free agent by the Chicago Cubs and spent the 2009 season in the AZ League. Chris returned to the family construction business after his baseball career and is the construction manager at Weimer Construction.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a sports enthusiast. His favorite teams are the San Francisco Giants and the Green Bay Packers.
He is an avid fisherman and enjoys his yearly fishing trips with his family.
Chris and his wife, Jenna, have a daughter, Sophia Rose. They live in Iowa City.
