Vincencia delivers strategic leadership and tactical direction for VASE Management. She has a unique blend of leadership, vision and knowledge. She brings over 15 years of experience in her role. Her diverse construction background includes managing projects, representing owners, and consulting. She has worked on residential and commercial projects for public and private agencies. Her wide range of experience has provided her with a deep knowledge of the construction work process. Vincencia also has a deep and personal commitment to the region. She is on the Board of the Fairfield County Community Foundation, Housatonic Community College Foundation and CT Against Violence. Vincencia attended University of Bridgeport and earned a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree and Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Fluent in Akan and English languages, Vincencia is a Ghanaian-American Entrepreneur and a transformative leader. She uses business skills and sense of integrity she learned while observing her family construction business in Ghana. Her father was head of Road and Civil Engineering for Ghana Highways Authority and key in planning and development of strategic projects in Kumasi and Accra (two largest cities in Ghana). Having watched her parents built a successful construction business, Vincencia has followed their footsteps.

Robert manages VASE’s construction projects and oversees the work of our project staff. Robert earned his bachelor of Architecture at Pratt Institute and is a registered Architect in New York and Connecticut. Robert brings over 37 years of experience in his role. He has experience with large and small corporate and residential projects. Through a wide range of project types, he has developed the ability to successfully interface with clients, contractors, and consultant teams. He brings effective communication and project management skills. Robert has overseen various projects for Hurricane Sandy Rehabilitation, City of Milford, Town of Fairfield, Astoria Federal Saving, Chase Branches, AT&T, Fort Dix Elementary School Renovation, McDonald's Restaurants and more.

James manages communications and business development for VASE. He is a seasoned Inside Sales Professional experienced in Business Development, Marketing, Writing, Relationship Building, Needs Analysis, Sales Liaison, Telesales, CRM, and Consultative Selling. James holds a Bachelor of Science for Corporate Video/Communication from Southern Connecticut State University (S.C.S.U), New Haven, CT and a Masters of Arts for Mass Communication from Emerson College, Boston, MA. He also holds a Certificate in Radio & Television Broadcasting from Connecticut School of Broadcasting, Farmington, CT.
