Scalia Development LLC was founded by father and son Bob and Dan Scalia. Bob's years of experience in home improvement and the high demand for his services led him to form Scalia Development with Dan, who teamed up with his father after college where he earned a degree in Residential Construction.
Today, Scalia Development LLC specializes in custom built new construction and home improvement remodeling. Based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance, their entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of business is from repeat customers.
Scalia Development LLC is fully insured and is a member of the Rochester Home Builders' Association and Better Business Bureau Accredited.
