Scope Of Work
Coda is a 21-story office tower with 5-floors of underground parking. Georgia Tech serves as the anchor office tenant—taking approximately half of the project with a long-term lease—housing academic and leading-edge research programs in computing and advanced big data analytics. The remaining space is available for corporate entities and partners, fostering collaboration with industry through interdisciplinary research “neighborhoods.”
