Our construction s team includes President Heather McCandless who manages the daily operations of DACG. Heather is a certified General Contractor and holds a Florida  General Contractor . She comes with 13 years of experience in the industry supported by an Associates of Arts in Business Management from Valencia State College. She oversees operations, finance, business development and client s. Heather also holds the OSHA Authorized Construction Training Card following her recent successful completion of OSHA #500 Trainer Certification in OSHA Standards for Construction. She is a member of the Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute and formerly served on the Ambassador Committee of the Central Florida Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
