Scope Of Work
his seven acre site houses fifty residential units located in five separate buildings. The residential units are three and four bedrooms, and both unit types include two bath- rooms. The site also contains a community building complete with a community room and kitchen, offices and laundry facility. Fifty unheated storage units and two maintenance sheds are located adjacent to the community building and residential buildings.
