Scope Of Work

The housing construction done for Nova Southeastern University required us to use every facet of our safety knowledge and expertise. As the turnkey provider of construction safety solutions in South Florida, it is our goal to put safety at the forefront of everything we do. With this project, we installed safety equipment such as:

Guardrails: Stair, perimeter, and removable guardrails

Elevator protection: Debris curtains, guardrails, cab protection, and door jam spreaders

Signage

Fire extinguisher installation

Entrance canopies

Floor hole covers and floor signs

Debris Curtain and Elevator Guardrail

TSC Southeast was at every step of the process. Throughout construction, we installed, maintained, and removed all materials from the site in compliance to OSHA standards and regulations.
