Katherine Depablos's Bio
Katherine Depablos is the Business Development Manager at TSC Southeast. She has B.A in Business Administration from Lehman College and has in excess of 10+ years experience in the construction industry working as the Administrative Coordinator at Total Safety Consulting Training Academy (TSCTA) in Long Island City, NY. She provided managerial support to the administrative staff, oversight, direct coordination of specific administrative support projects and operations, development and implementation of improved office procedures as well as coordinating and scheduling all training events.
During her time with TSCTA and Safety Supplies Unlimited (where she served as Vice President), Katherine obtained safety related certifications for OSHA, Scaffolding, Fire Safety, Power Tools, First aid, Hazmat, an OSHA Authorization as a Construction Trainer. She is also a member of professional organizations such as National Association of Professional Women, Women in Construction, Savor the Success, Association of Building Contractors, and the National Safety Council.
Katherine has been working on the SSU expansion effort throughout the tri-state area as well as in South Florida through partner company TSC Southeast. She has initiated new marketing strategies that have focused on the sale of safety supplies such as P.P.E. (personal protective equipment) as well as fire extinguisher equipment and service via internet, in-store, and on-site client access. Katherine has reached the construction safety supply buyer by developing innovative marketing materials, opening several storefronts in the NY/NJ area, identifying and recruiting staff for in-project sales opportunities as well as garnering the power of social media to drive potential sales to SSU.

Dwight Patterson's Bio
Dwight (“Diesel”) has 10 years of experience in the construction industry with field experience from Carpenter and Field Foreman in Miami, FL. He successfully ran jobs and facilitated all of our top profile clients in South Florida.
He specializes in high-risk operations. One of his major accomplishments was completing the “impossible build” of scaffolding at the famous 1000 Museum “scorpion tower” to deliver equipment and workers to each floor safely, while working around all of the building’s incredibly difficult structure.
Diesel’s work requires keeping a close relationship with clients for all their immediate needs and to assure that all work is 100% completed and correct for the TSC inspection process.
Dwight joined TSC in 2015 as a lead Superintendent for TSC Southeast and holds an OSHA 30 Certification given by USF Health–OTI Education Center.
Dwight has also been featured on a TV Show called “Impossible Builds” for his role and leadership work at the famous scorpion tower or 1000 museum as one of many of his major accomplishments.

Jonathan Patterson's Bio
John oversees Administrative Services for TSC Southeast. His responsibilities include management of employees, ensuring the functions of day-to-day operations as well as supervising and supporting in-house and field staff.
John comes from the Healthcare Industry with over 5 years of experience specifically overseeing the expansion of Florida Operations which involved Setting up Remote Lab Locations & Logistics Hubs throughout Florida.

Rodolfo Nestor's Bio
Rodolfo (Rudy) Nestor is the Field Operations Manager & Bilingual Safety Instructor of our Southeast Division in Miami, FLA.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rudy manages and supervises all the projects in Miami and a staff of about 100 employees.
His experience and ability to speak Spanish quickly allowed him to become a Foremen’s supervisor for a local construction company in New York City. Rudy joined TSC in 2008 as an in-house instructor with TSC Training Academy (TSCTA) and holds an OSHA 500 Certification given by USF Health–OTI Education Center.
At TSCTA, Rudy was a solid contributor providing training and instruction in the courses offered including:

Lead and Forklift Awareness
First Aid & CPR Training both in English and in Spanish
Rudy also volunteers for OSHA & conducted multi-lingual training events throughout New York such as OSHA training, scaffold and fall protection.
During Rudy’s 6-year tenure with TSCTA, he was a member of the Curriculum Development Committee and Chair of the Scaffolding Sub-Committee. He participated in the training events for Scaffold & OSHA’s “Making the Road for New York” sponsored by Diana Cortez; OSHA Safety Director.
