Mr. Troy Landrum, the founder and CEO of Landrum’s Service Group, Inc, is a professional facilities manager with more than 20 years of experience in the custodial, maintenance, building and grounds industry. Troy, in addition, has experience in management, field operations, lawn care, snow removal, customer service, and quality control in the areas. Troy has served as the general manager and Vice President of various contract cleaning industries in the Indianapolis area. He also served as the facilities building and grounds maintenance manager for the Indianapolis Public School. Troy was responsible for overseeing the field operations, educating the field managers and training which included not only the training of UAW teamster’s union personnel but the training of nonunion personnel as well. Troy was responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for cleaning and maintenance for DELCO REMY facilities in Anderson, IN.
